A: Orders can be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase. Please reach out as soon as possible. Once your order has begun processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.


Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: Yes! We offer beautiful Livori packaging. We use tiered packaging depending on the value of your order. Higher-value orders automatically receive premium packaging. Gift notes are available upon request.

Q: What materials do you use for your jewelry?
A: Our pieces are crafted with premium 925 sterling silver and high-grade stones such as CZ or Moissanite depending on the design.

Q: How do I care for and clean my sterling silver jewelry?
A: Sterling silver may naturally tarnish when exposed to moisture, perfume, or lotions. Clean gently with a polishing cloth and store in a dry pouch. Avoid water, sweat, and chemicals to maintain shine.

Q: Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
A: Yes! 925 sterling silver is known for being gentle on most skin types and suitable for everyday wear.

Q: Do your pieces come with certificates?
A: At this time, our pieces do not include certificates. However, we stand behind our materials and quality.

Q: Do you offer custom engravings or personalization?
A: We do not offer engraving or personalized custom jewelry at this time.


ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders ship within our normal processing time once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Q: Which shipping carriers do you use?
A: We use trusted domestic carriers to ensure safe delivery of your jewelry.

Q: What if my package is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
A: If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with household members, neighbors, or your local postal office. Once a package is marked delivered, we are unable to refund or replace it since the carrier has fulfilled their service.


PAYMENTS

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept most major payment methods for your convenience. Available options will be displayed at checkout.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We only accept returns if the item is defective upon arrival. Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Q: How do I process an exchange?
A: We offer exchanges for incorrect sizing or defective items. Please notify us promptly with your order information. Shipping for exchanges is paid by the buyer.

Q: Are custom or personalized items refundable?
A: We do not offer personalization services; therefore, all items follow our standard policies listed above.

Q: Do you offer repairs?
A: We do not repair pieces. If your item arrives defective, we will assist with an exchange.

Q: Can you create personalized or custom jewelry?
A: We do not offer custom engraving or personalization at this time.

Q: Do your pieces come with a warranty?
A: We do not offer formal warranties. If your jewelry arrives defective, we will assist you with an exchange. Damage or wear after delivery is not covered.


PACKAGING & GIFTS

Q: How will my order be packaged?
A: Livori orders are packaged with care. We offer different tier packaging depending on the order value - from protective minimalist packaging to premium boxes, pouches, and cards for higher-value pieces.

Q: Do you include gift notes?
A: Yes! You may request a gift note to be included at no extra cost.

Q: Will pricing be included in the package?
A: No, we do not include pricing inside packages, making every order gift friendly.

 

CARE & MAINTENANCE


Q: Will my sterling silver tarnish?
A: Real silver can tarnish when exposed to water, sweat, air, and chemicals. This is natural and can be cleaned with a polishing cloth.

Q: Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?
A: We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions or perfume to maintain its shine.

Q: How should I store my jewelry?
A: Store jewelry in a dry pouch or box away from moisture and direct sunlight to minimize tarnishing and scratches.
