1. Terms of Return

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must be returned in unworn, unused, and original condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories included.

After 3 days, all sales are considered final.
2. Non-returnable Items

Earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers are final sale.
3. Reason for Return
We only accept returns in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

The item received is not the product ordered.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size ordered.
4. Process for Return
To initiate a return:

Contact us at connect@livoricollection.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.

Our customer care team will review and provide instructions for approved returns.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping method
5. Process of Refund

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If an item is defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund.
