Shipping Policy:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — our team is doing the most.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

3. Shipping Carriers

 

We currently ship using USPS and/or UPS for domestic orders within the United States.

 

4. Shipping Locations

 

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping (but never say never).

 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Livori Collection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

 

 

That said, if you need backup, reach out — we’ll collaborate.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve efficiently.
